Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- Return requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent through bank transfer or another agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Personal care or hygiene-related products, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
